4.Usage: Packaging Film 

This product applied to a variety of substrate thickness of the film, such as BOPA coating film, BOPET coating film, PE coating film, BOPP coating film, and CPP coating film etc. are available upon request.Characteristics: maintaining of food fragrance, oil resistance, high transparent, printable and can be laminated. 

Applications: typically used for packing, and protecting food products that are sensitive to oxidation. 

Technical Properties 

 Aqueous solution of  water -resistance poly (vinyl alcohol) with high barrier capability is one of the patent products of the 8511th Institute of CASIC Corporation (Patent No.: ZL 95 1 12745.4).   

  Through modification, it overcomes the hydrophilic characteristics of the poly (vinyl alcohol), and retaining its good performance of barrier against oxygen. So it is widely applied to packing in the civil and military sectors. Because of the superior performance and environment-friendly features, it has been extensively applied to the abroad market.

   Meanwhile composite film, coating substrates, such as BOPA coating film, BOPET coating film, PE coating film, BOPP coating film, and CPP coating film etc. are available upon request.

Dry Temperature: normal 80-90°C

Adding glue: 7-8g/m2By coating this solution, it is very convenient for those companys who has the dry and wet laminator or coating machine. They can produce the high barrier film by themselves. The coating solution is recommended to use in 24hours.
